For the best hydrating results

Use with Kuvost's Hydrating Serum- 2% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Niacinamide and Deconstruct’s Hydrating Face wash-  0.5% Amino Acids + 0.1% Hyaluronic Acid. This enhances the effect of the face moisturiser. Take small amounts of Deconstruct’s Hydrating face wash and gently massage for 30 seconds on a damp face. Rinse well with water. On clean skin, if the face feels slightly dry, apply 2-3 drops of Deconstruct’s Hydrating serum over a damp face. Follow up with Kuvost’s NMF Oil free Moisturiser for oily skin.

For sensitive oily skin

Use with Kuvost’s Pore Control Serum- 2% Salicylic Acid + 3% Niacinamide for oily and acne-prone skin. Apply 2-3 drops of the Deconstruct’s Pore Control Serum on a clean and dry face. Follow up with Kuvost’s NMF Oil-free moisturiser.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost every city in India. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?

We try to process the orders within 24 working hours, in most cases we try to fulfil the order within 5 working days, but please allow us 7 working days to fulfil the order. Order delivery time may vary during peak periods(after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions)

How long does it take to ship?

We ship all confirmed orders within 24 working hours. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. We work as hard as we can to try to meet your expectations, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.

How can you track your order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The exact amount is displayed at checkout.

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/Whatsapp to monitor its status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us on our Email ID – contact@kuvost.com (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM & Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM) and we will help you cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel by contacting our customer support team with your order details.

Will I get a full refund on cancellation?

Yes, if canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?

For prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 7 business working days. We will be able to credit to the original method of payment, we cannot refund to another alternative card.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or
incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

damaged. We will guide you through the return process.

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed
within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

I exchange my product?

Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective or
incorrect products, with the unboxing video made when the product is

verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Opened/used/altered

Original
packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of

Yes, this oil-free moisturiser for oily skin can be paired with other active ingredients as it soothes and protects skin from damage, while also helping in better efficacy of your other products.

Is the NMF Oil-Free Moisturiser for oily skin, non-comedogenic, and suitable for acne-prone skin?

Yes, this is a non-comedogenic moisturiser, designed for oily and acne-prone skin. The formula will not clog pores and is suitable for skin prone to acne. The humectants draw in moisture and the emollients help to seal it within the skin. The formula is well-balanced such that it replicates the skin structure.

Is NMF Oil-Free moisturiser for oily skin safe to use for a teenager?

Yes, it is safe to use for all age groups above 16+.

Is NMF Oil-Free moisturiser safe for a pregnant and/or a lactating/nursing mother?
